A cozy room (15mq)is available in a three person WG. Rent is 620€. The room is available starting from 1st of January 2025 for 6 months, possible to extend for another 6 months.
The room is furnished with a double bed, a working desk and a chair. There is a one window and already plenty of sunshine.
The kitchen is our common room :) It is fully equipped (dishwasher, kettle, microwave, rice cooker) and with plenty of storage space. We also have a washing machine.
The apartment is in a very central location, on the first floor, no lift.
The apartment is very well connected. It's located right on Nymphenburger Strasse. It's 1 min walk to Mailingerstrasse U1 stop, and 5 min of ubahn ride to Hauptbahnhof. At 4 min walk (down the corner), there is a bus, 153 which takes you to Universitat (15 mins), Odeonsplatz.
As for shops, we have dm, Lidl and REWE right in front of our building, and Edeka at 10 minutes walk. There are some nice restaurants, a bakery and a apotheke.
You will live with Zeynep, 26, from Turkey and Laura, 25, from Italy. Zeynep is studying management and technology at TUM and working in sales/marketing, while Laura is working in marketing.
Zeynep (me) loves going to the operas, concerts and doing hiking. She enjoys cooking and drinking wine (very much).
Laura I likes to read a book or go out for a walk, in her free time. She enjoys a pretty chill lifestyle but also likes to go out with her friends every once in a while.
We love to cook together, occasional Sunday mimosas and movie nights, so we'd like our new flatmate to join us. We would like someone nice, respectful, clean and who wants to spend some time together when feasible (cooking, wine / beer or just a chat). P.s english language is a must :) since our German skills are really basic
