I am moving out on December 1st and am looking for someone to take over my room. The room comes partially furnished with a bed, desk, and shelves.
The apartment has a toilet, a bathroom and a very large kitchen that is already very well equipped (dishwasher, washing machine, fitted kitchen, cooking utensils), additional storage space and a basement. We play a cleaning service once a week to keep the common areas clean (30 euros per week)
The lease runs until March 31st, with a small possibility of extension if the landlords decide to renew the contract.
The apartment is very centrally located. It is very well connected by S-Bahn, U-Bahn, two tram lines and various bus lines. The Donnersbergerstraße tram and bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot. The main train station is about 10 minutes away and Marienplatz is about 15 minutes away.
You will be sharing the flat with three other young international professionals aged 25–32. The atmosphere is relaxed and straightforward, as everyone is typically busy with work and their own routines during the week. We’re looking for someone easy-going and respectful to join the flat.
