I am subletting my spacious but cozy room for two months while I am away. The room has a private balcony. It includes a bed, sofa, two wardrobes, and plenty of shelves. There are a lot of plants in the room (plant lovers preferred). The room is a part of a three-person WG with a common kitchen and bathroom. There is a washing machine in the basement of the building.
The two flatmates are Ashish and Robin, both from India, both working professionals. The vibe is quiet and friendly.
The apartment is very close to the Mailingerstrasse metro stop (7 min walk), the Marsstrasse tram stop (7 mins), and the Donnersbergerbrucke S-bahn station (12 mins). There are also bus stops nearby. The neighborhood is quiet but very close to the center. The main train station is 15 mins by public transport (tram or metro), Marienplatz is 20 mins.
The area has many supermarkets (Rewe, Lidl, Netto), as well as other shops, all less than 10 min walk away.
