Hi, in unserer schönen WG wird ein Zimmer frei und wir suchen eine nette, aufgeschlossene Person, die Lust auf ein entspanntes Zusammenwohnen hat. Wir starten gerne mal gemeinsame Spieleabende, DIY-Painting-Sessions oder verschönern die Wohnung mit kreativen Projekten - alles ohne Zwang, jeder wie er mag & Zeit hat :)
Du passt gut zu uns, wenn du es auch gerne sauber und ruhig hast. Jeder von uns hat seinen eigenen Alltag, was aber nicht heißt, dass wir nicht gerne mal quatschen oder etwas zusammen unternehmen. :)
Das Zimmer hat ca. 20m2, Fischgrätparkett und liegt super ruhig zum Innenhof. Es gibt genug Platz für Möbel und sogar eine kleine Nische, in der man sich gemütlich einrichten kann. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet.
Die Wohnung hat 2 Bäder, eine große Wohnküche und einen Balkon zum Innenhof an der Küche.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist super: U-Bahn um die Ecke, Rewe, DM & Co. quasi vor der Haustür. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es viele süße Cafés und Restaurants.
Wir sind Isa (26, Social Media Managerin), Susi (25, Psychologie-Studentin & Teilzeit im Marketing) und Lisa (25, arbeitet in einer Influencer-Agentur). Alle schon berufstätig bzw. nebenbei im Studium.
