Hey everyone!
A room in our spacious top-floor apartment near Rotkreuzplatz is becoming available from April 1st, and we’re looking for a fun & open person to join our WG.
Who we are:
- Sven (25) from the Netherlands and working in Munich
- Onno (26) also from the Netherlands and working in Munich
- Jazmin (31) from the UK and doing a PhD at LMU
We love hanging out in the living room, going for drinks, heading to the mountains, do sports, or just enjoying Munich, but we’re also busy with our own things. We’re looking for someone who enjoys a social WG but also has their own life.
The room & apartment:
• 10 sqm, mostly unfurnished (a small cabinet & desk will stay – see photos)
• Large living room, separate kitchen, two bathrooms + extra toilet, and a spacious balcony with sun most of the day
• Dishwasher, washing machine etc.
• Available from April 1st
• Minimum stay: 6 months
The location:
• 5 min walk to U1 & tram
• 10 min to S-Bahn
• Bus stop right in front of the building
