The room is located in our 90sqm apartment in a very nice old building in the 2nd floor. In front of the house there is a generous driveway that can be used for any outdoor activities. There is plenty of free parking in the farm for bicycles and in front of the house.

Your room is on the pictures. There is also a large daylight bath with shower tub and new washing machine and our small but very well equipped kitchen.

Die Wohnung verfügt über insgesamt 4 Zimmer.
Dein Zimmer ist auf den Bildern abgebildet. Außerdem gibt es ein großes Tageslichtbad mit Duschwanne und neuer Waschmaschine und unsere kleine, aber sehr gut ausgestattete Küche.

Lea (27) wird ab Mai für ihre Trainee Stelle nach Berlin ziehen - hierfür wird es auch noch eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in geben.
Der oder die vierte Mitbewohner/-in wird ab April zur Untermiete für mich gesucht - mit OPTION ZUR VERLÄNGERUNG / ÜBERNAHME DES ZIMMERS, je nachdem wie meine Pläne sich entwickeln :)
Zur WG: Wir sitzen gerne abends zusammen in der Küche, spielen Spiele oder gehen gemeinsam wohin, am Wochenende auch gerne mal in die Berge - ein gemeinsames Verhältnis untereinander ist uns sehr wichtig.
Du solltest also Lust auf ein entspanntes WG-Leben und den Austausch miteinander, aber auch Verständnis für eigene Freiräume haben.
