Das Zimmer liegt im Souterrain und verfügt über ein eigenes kleines Bad im EG. Es ist komplett möbliert (großes Bett, Schreibtisch mit Stuhl und Lampe, Couch mit Tischchen, Schrank).
Alle 14 Tage stellen wir auf Wunsch frische Bettwäsche und einmal in der Woche frische Handtücher zur Verfügung, wenn diese nicht selbst mitgebracht werden.
Im Preis eingeschlossen sind die Nutzung der Waschmaschine inkl. Waschpulver, des Staubsaugers sowie der Putzmittel, Frühstück und freies WLAN.
Eingeschränkte Küchennutzung
The room is located in the basement. You will have your own little bathroom. We supply fresh bed sheets every 14 days and fresh towels once a week in case you do not bring those yourself.
In the rent included you will find the usage of the washing machine , washing powder, a vacuum cleaner and whatever is necessary to keep your room tidy, breakfast and free WIFI.

Wir wohnen an der Grenze zu Obermenzing unweit des Nymphenburger Parks. Die Tram-/Busstation (auch Nachttram) ist nur 4 Gehminuten entfernt. Zum Hbhf. braucht man 20 Minuten, die S-Bahn Obermenzing ist 2 Busstationen entfernt. Im Park und den angrenzenden Grünbereichen kann man gut joggen, walken oder einfach spazieren gehen. Ein Basic-Biomarkt und ein Lidl Supermarkt liegen nur um die Ecke.
We live at the border to Obermenzing, close to the Nymphenburg Park.The tram-/bus-stop (also night-tram) is just a 4-min. walk away. So you only need 20 min. to the central station or 2 busstops to the S-Bahn Obermenzing. The park and its green surroundings offer you the possibilities do go jogging or for a walk.
A bio-market and a Lidl-supermarket are just around the corner.
Wir sind eine Familie (16, 19, 56, 57 Jahre alt) mit einem jungen Australian Shepherd Dog und freuen uns auch über internationale Mitbewohner (keine Voraussetzung).
Wir bieten nahezu alles, was zum Frühstück dazugehört und auch schon mal ein gemeinsames Abendessen. Auch jemand, der z.B. beruflich viel unterwegs ist, ist uns willkommen, da es sich eher um ein Untermietverhältnis handelt, als um ein klassisches WG-Leben.
Wir haben bereits viel Erfahrung mit Mitbewohnern aus nahezu aller Welt (Sprachstudenten).
We are a family (15, 18, 55, 56 years old) with a young Australian Shepherd Dog and we would be delighted to welcome international housemates (no necessary condition).
We offer almost everything you need for breakfast and sometimes also a dinner together. Somebody who needs to travel much due to his/her job is also welcomed, since we rather offer a sub-lease agreement.
We are already quite experienced with housemates from almost all over the world (language students).
