Das Zimmer (19 qm) ist ab sofort frei. Die Wohnung wurde 2011 komplett saniert und befindet sich daher in sehr gutem Zustand, ist 65 qm groß (zwei Zimmer, Bad, Küche und Flur) und hat einen kleinen Balkon Richtung Süden raus, der gut zu nutzen ist.
Um einen Eindruck der ganzen Wohnung zu geben, zeige ich auch mein eigenes Zimmer auf den Fotos. Das frei gewordene Zimmer ist das unmöblierte Zimmer.
Das schöne Haus liegt in der Volkartstraße im schönen Neuhausen. Nachts ist es ruhig, tagsüber ist die Straße sehr belebt (Restaurants und andere kleine Geschäfte direkt vor der Tür).
Fußläufig gibt es viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (zwei Edeka, zwei Biogeschäfte, Apotheke, Reinigung etc.)
Zur U-bahn U1/U7 sind es 100m. Zur Trambahn sind es ebenfalls nur 100m.
keine reine Zweck-WG, koche ab und zu gerne und freue mich auch gelegentlich gemeinsam Aktivitäten zu unternehmen. Fahre gerne Ski, treibe allg viel Sport und bin unkompliziert und offen.
Das Zimmer wird nicht möbliert vermietet.
