The apartment is centrally located in the Neuhausen-Nymphenburg district and is surrounded by many old buildings and single-family houses. Accordingly, the area is quiet and unobstructed. The Nymphenburg channel is also around the corner.

The bus stop (line 144) is just a two-minute walk from the apartment. The next underground stops (Gern or Rotkreuzplatz / Line U1) are about 5 to 10 minutes walk. Tram line 12 is also nearby.
There are also numerous shops in the area (e.g. Edeka Express, VollCorner Bioladen, Rossmann Drogeriemarkt), which can be reached in less than 10 minutes walk. Many doctors, pharmacies and specialist shops are also available.

There are also other shopping, restaurants and cafés at the Rotkreuzplatz, if you want to have more action. ;-)

Die Wohnung liegt zentral im Stadtteil Neuhausen-Nymphenburg und ist von vielen Altbauten und Einfamilienhäusern umgeben. Dementsprechend ruhig und unaufgeregt ist die Gegend. Der Nymphenburger Kanal ist auch gleich um die Ecke.

Die Bushaltestelle (Linie 144) ist nur zwei Gehminuten von der Wohnung entfernt. Die nächsten U-Bahn-Haltestellen (Gern oder Rotkreuzplatz / Linie U1) sind ca. 5 bis 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Tram-Linie 12 ist ebenfalls in der Nähe.
In der Gegend gibt es auch zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (u.a. Edeka Express, VollCorner Bioladen, Rossmann Drogeriemarkt), welche man in unter 10 min Fußweg erreichen kann. Auch viele Ärzte, Apotheken und Fachgeschäfte sind vorhanden.

Am Rotkreuzplatz befinden sich außerdem weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Cafés, falls man mal mehr Action haben möchte. ;-)

I have been living in a WG for a few years and have therefore also gained some experience.
In order to be able to have a harmonious relationship, it is, in my opinion, super important that one should address the needs of the other and also make compromises. Open communication is a must!

I also feel the common apartment as a retreat that should be quiet and clean so that you can feel comfortable.
Rest and cleanliness are therefore very important to me, but I also appreciate a friendly and relaxed relationship. Free according to the motto: much can, but no has to.

Ich lebe schon seit einigen Jahren in einer WG und habe somit auch einiges an Erfahrung gesammelt.
Um ein harmonisches Miteinander haben zu können, ist es meiner Meinung nach super wichtig, dass man auf die Bedürfnisse des Anderen eingeht und auch Kompromisse machen kann. Offene Kommunikation ist ein MUSS!

Ebenfalls empfinde ich die gemeinsame Wohnung als Rückzugsort, der ruhig und sauber sein sollte, damit man sich wohlfühlen kann.
Ruhe und Sauberkeit ist mir daher schon sehr wichtig, jedoch schätze ich auch ein freundschaftliches und entspanntes Miteinander. Wobei frei nach dem Motto: Vieles kann, aber kein muss.

Am besten schreibst du mir über das Kontakt-Formular von wg-gesucht, dann können wir gerne mal einen Termin für die Besichtigung und das erste Kennenlernen ausmachen. Gerne kannst du mir dann auch weitere Fragen zur Wohnung stellen.
Du solltest in deiner Nachricht auf jeden Fall folgende Dinge erwähnen:
