The room is about 15 m2 big and comes in furnished, except for the desk that I will keep and the mattress and curtains that I will sell for a negociable price. So, bed, closet, thingee to hang your clothes, three small tables are included. The room offers great luminosity thanks to a big window (almost the size of the wall). The mattress is just as hard as needed to be comfy. The flat itself, is composed of a big open space with living room with LCD-screen (no TV channels but you can watch Netflix, YouTube, etc), kitchen with 2 fridges, induction and oven, and a big dinner table. There are two bathrooms. And of course, eight bedrooms.
U-Bahn line U1 to Sendlinger Tor is a 5 minutes walk. Tram line 25 to Max-Weber Platz is a 5 minutes walk. Supermarkets and different shops and restaurants are a 5-10 minutes walk. There is also a fitness studio 10 minutes away with public transports. The fatshare is located in a quiet residential area. Even if there is a big street close by, we don't hear the noise that much. For FCB fans, the headquarters are a 5 minutes walk from the flat. There is also a swimming pool close by (5 minutes walk).
Our flatshare is composed of 8 people of various nationalities: 🇩🇪🇫🇷🇨🇭🇪🇦🇳🇱🇮🇳
We are all young professionals in our mid or late 20s except for Mirja who is studying statistics in her masters. Almost everyone works in tech-related companies and have a technical background except me who work in HR. Until now, we have managed to keep a gender balance (4 guys, 4 girls) in the flatshare and we would like to keep it this way, hence the gender restrictions in the ad. Even if living with 8 people can seem scary and stressful, I have to say that it is a pretty calm environment, where you can enjoy your me-time while also enjoying a nice dinner/breakfast with your flatmates or even sometimes (not every week and mostly on weekends) throw a little party and have fun together! We also are friends with another WG in the house with which we do regular activities (breakfasts, dinners, parties, cooking, sports, etc).
This room is on offer because one of my flatmate is moving in with his girlfriend and I am taking over his room. So now I have to look for a new tenant for my room.
