Subletting my room in end october beginning November – the largest in the flat with direct balcony access. Bright and ideal for work, equipped with an ergonomic chair. Bonus: a few plants and a cat, so hoping for a kind soul to water them in my absence. 🌿🏡.
My room, just a 10-minute walk from Mangfallplatz, offers easy access via bus routes 139 or 220 to Giesing, where you can hop on the U2 and S-Bahn. I love the convenience and peacefulness of the neighborhood, surrounded by nature and birds from the nearby Perlacher Forest. Keep an eye out for our friendly squirrel visitor!
