Das Zimmer ist super schön groß und hell, da es zwei große Fenster hat. Die Größe sind 32 qm und ist teilmöbliert mit einem großen Paxschrank, einem Sofa und einem Tisch. Es fehlt somit nur ein Bett für dich ;)
Ansonsten bietet die Wohnung eine Wohnküche, in der es an nichts fehlt und ein kleines Bad.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen Altbau direkt an der Silberhornstraße in Obergiesing. Drum herum sind alle öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel wie U Bahn, Tram, Bus und S Bahn. Es gibt Supermärkte, Post, Restaurant, Cafes und Kneipen.
Ich bin Helen, gern kreativ und unterwegs. Ich mache selbst Karten, arbeite mit Möbeln, gehe zum Sport und sehe Freunde zum Cafe und Barabenden. Ich suche eine Person, mit der sich das WG Leben sehr familiär anfühlt und man auch gern mal zusammen kocht oder was unternimmt.
Das WG Zimmer ist erstmal befristet bis ende Juli mit Option auf Verlängerung. Also vllt auch perfekt für uns beide zum schauen, ob es passt und/oder wenn du was für einen kurzen Zeitraum suchst.
