Ich bin für 2 Monate auf Reisen und vermiete mein WG Zimmer unter. Der Zeitraum kann flexibel angepasst werden :) Das Zimmer ist nicht groß, trotzdem passen Bett, Schreibtisch, Fernseher und Kleiderstangen problemlos rein. Das Bett hat außerdem 4 Schubladen für mehr Stauraum. Das Zimmer hat einen Zugang zum Balkon und grenzt direkt an unsere offene Wohnküche. Die Wohnung ist von meinem Mitbewohner Michi (Handwerker) frisch renoviert worden 😄 Du würdest mit ihm und Asmus (ITler) zusammenleben, die beiden sind mega lieb und viel unterwegs (Musiker, spielen aber nicht zuhause). Besichtigung aufgrund der Kürze der Zeit gern auch über Face Time/Teams und Co.

Tram- und Bushaltestelle Ostfriedhof sind direkt vor der Tür, U-Bahn-Station Silberhornstraße ca 7 Minuten entfernt

Wir sind eine ziemlich entspannte WG, nehmen aufeinander Rücksicht und halten die WG ohne Putzplan sauber (fast immer). Alle sind viel unterwegs und meist erst am späten Abend zuhause.

Bitte gleich kurz vorstellen, dann fällt uns die Auswahl viel leichter :)
