Room
Hi, I will be traveling this March, and therefore I offer my student dorm room to sublet from the 1st to the 30th.
The room is ca. 17m2 and fully furnished with a bed, a wardrobe, a library and a desk with chair. The room has a private external room with a sink and mirror, while the WCs and showers are shared with 3 other tenants. Finally, the kitchen is shared with the full WG and features all sort of standard equipment, as well as space for storing food. The laundry room is located in the basement of the building and even though it's shared with the full dorm, there are always enough free washing machines and driers at all times.
The dorm is part of the Chiemgaustr. complex and it's close to the U2 and U1 stations, as well as several bus stops. A Penny, Netto and Rewe are close by, as well as a couple of Backereis and Turkish Shops. The dorm complex has several common areas with bar, kickers and billiards where people usually organise events or gatherings in the weekend. There is also a music room with pianos, amps and drums to rehearse.
