Very spacious and mobile room. It is always bright thanks to the large windows and has its own large balcony with seating.
The room contains a spacious, three-part mirror cabinet, four 4x4 Ikea shelves and a 140x200cm bed.

The apartment is less than 100m from the entrance to the Wettersteinplatz subway station on the U1 line. This means you can quickly reach the LMU (approx. 15 min) or the TUM main campus (approx. 25 min).
There is a Norma supermarket directly outside the apartment and a doctor's surgery in the neighboring building.
The area is very quiet and family-friendly, the Isar is within walking distance and easy to reach for a walk.

Two other students live in the shared flat. Both are open and communicative, and occasionally they cook together or go shopping together.
Mafer comes from Peru and studies economics at LMU. Lukas comes from Belgium and Spain, is also moving into the shared flat and is studying physics at LMU. In the shared flat we pay attention to mutual respect and are very open-minded.
