Das Zimmer ist ca. 21qm groß, ausgestattet mit einem Bett (100x200cm, nicht im Bild), Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Sofa, Couchtisch und einer Ikea Malm Kommode. Außerdem besteht direkter Zugang zu Terasse und Garten. Die Fenster sind neu und wurden erst 2023 ersetzt.
Die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht (Spülmaschine, Ofen, Mikrowelle, etc.). Im Keller gibt es einen Waschraum sowie ein eigenes Kellerabteil.
Mitarbeit im Garten ist erwünscht.

The room has about 21m2, equipped with a bed (100x200, not in the picture), a wardrobe, a table, a dresser and a sofa and has access to the terrace and garden. The windows are new and have been replaced in 2023. The shared flat has an open kitchen which is fully equipped (dishwasher, oven, microwave, ....). There is a laundry room and a storage basement. Since there is a garden, gardening work (lawn mowing, work in the bedding) is required.
Ruhig und dennoch super angebunden. Zur nächsten U-Bahnstation (St. Quirin Platz) sind es 7 Minuten zu Fuß, mit dem Bus ist man auch schnell am Giesinger Bahnhof. Und mit dem Rad ist man natürlich sowieso schnell in der Stadt. :-)

Location is calm but still super well connected. It takes about 7 min to walk to the next underground train station (St. Quirin Platz), and with the bus Giesing station is also quickly reached. And of course the city center is also well in reach by bike.
Wir kommen aus Italien und Indien, arbeiten beide, und unternehmen gerne Sachen zusammen (zusammen kochen, ausgehen, Sport, BBQ im Sommer auf der Terasse). Wir suchen eine/n neue/n Mitbewohner/in, der/die auch gerne Sachen mit uns unternimmt. :-)

We are one Italian girl and one Indian guy. We're both working, like cooking together, going out on the weekends, doing some sports and barbecuing in our garden in summer. We are looking for a friendly house mate who also likes to hang out together. :-)
