Waschmaschine in der Wohnung. Parkmöglichkeiten begrenzt. Stadtbus und S-Bahn (S3) Supermarkt in der Nähe. Der Perlacher Forst ist auch gleich um die Ecke und ist zum Radfahren, Laufen und Joggen ideal. Die Nachbarschaft ist relativ ruhig und grün und ein heißen Sommertagen sehr angenehm. Ich bin 57, amerikanisch/deutsch und mache freiberuflich Nachhaltigkeits-Audits. Da ich auch viel Homeoffice Arbeit mache, such ich einen Mitbewohner der kein Homeoffice macht und tagsüber außer Haus ist, Nichtraucher. Kurzer Aufenthalt (z.B für Praktikum) möglich.
