14 m2 in 93m2 Wohnung. Perfekt von Praktikanten. Parkmöglichkeiten begrenzt. Stadtbus und S-Bahn (S3). Nachbarschaft ist relativ ruhig und grün. Ich bin 57, amerikanisch/deutsch und mache freiberuflich Nachhaltigkeits-Audits. Da ich auch viel Homeoffice Arbeit mache, such ich einen Mitbewohner der kein Homeoffice macht und tagsüber außer Haus ist, Nichtraucher. Kurzer Aufenthalt (z.B für Praktikum) möglich. Good for interns. The room is about 14 m2 in an apartment of 93m2 (2-3 people sharing). The room is available on a short term basis / sublet basis with no KVR. Good bus connection to U-Bahn. Parkmöglichkeiten begrenzt. Stadtbus (220 & 145) und S-Bahn (S3). Supermarkt in der Nähe. Der Perlacher Forst ist auch gleich um die Ecke und ist zum Radfahren, Laufen und Joggen ideal. Die Nachbarschaft is relativ ruhig und grün und ein heißen Sommertagen sehr angenehm.
