Wir 4matese, die Vermieter, sind ein professioneller WG Anbieter hier in München, und mein Job ist es euch in einem kurzen Gespräch kennen zu lernen um dann zu entscheiden ob ihr in die angebotene WG passt. Da ich das schon seit einiger Zeit mache und aus unseren WG Bewohnern enge Freundschaften entstanden sind, bestätigt dass mir meinen richtigen Riecher euch so zu wählen dass ihr super zusammen passt ;-)
Zusätzlich hast du hast einen Ansprechpartner egal um welche Probleme es sich handelt. Außerdem musst du dich um nichts kümmern - weder um einen Nachmieter noch um sonstiges wie GEZ Gebühren nach Anmeldung, Strom Nachzahlungen etc.
