Das Zimmer hat 12m^2 und einen eigenen Balkon (wenn es dich nicht stört, würden sich deine Mitbewohner sicherlich freuen, wenn sie durch dein Zimmer auch mal auf den Balkon können). Es ist hell und schick eingerichtet und wurde durch die Vormieterin sehr gut in Stand gehalten. Mit modernem Schreibtisch, Bett, Regalen und Schrank ist es voll möbliert und hat eine große Fensterfront raus auf den Balkon.

The room is 12m² and has its own access to a balcony (if you dont mind your roomies could also access the balcony through your room). It is bright and nicely furnished and has been very well maintained by the previous tenant. Fully furnished with a modern desk, bed, shelves, and wardrobe and it also has a large window front leading out to the balcony.

Neubauviertel in Neu-Pasing. Alle 10 min. fährt der Bus direkt vor der Tür ab und brauch nur 6min zum Pasinger Bhf (Stammstrecke S-Bahn & Fernverkehr). 20 min. mit Fahrrad bis Hbf. Zu Fuß 5 min in den Schloßpark Nymphenburg (sehr schön zum Joggen gehen). Sehr ruhig gelegen trotz Innenstadtnähe (kein Lärm, mit offenem Fenster schlafen ist kein Problem). 5min zu mehreren Einkaufsmärkten wie Edeka, Lidl, Rewe, Aldi & Rossmann.

Modern neighborhood in Neu-Pasing. A bus departs directly in front of the door every 10 minutes and takes just 6 minutes to Pasing train station (S-Bahn and long-distance trains). 20-minute bike ride to the Hbf (central train station), 5-minute walk to the Nymphenburg Palace park (very nice for running). Very quiet location despite being close to the city center (no noise, sleeping with the window open is not a problem). Just 5 minutes walk to several supermarkets like Edeka, Lidl, Rewe, Aldi, and Rossmann.

Servus! Sören hier, 25 und aktuell einziger Mieter, suche also zwei weitere Mitbewohner :)!
Als Raumfahrtingenieur bin ich bei einem Start-up in Planegg tätig, von daher bietet sich Pasing zwischen Innenstadt und Arbeit sehr gut an! Ich habe meinen Bachelor in München und meinen Master in Stockholm in der Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik gemacht und bin jetzt erst zum September nach München zurückgezogen; selbst also noch nicht lange in der WG. Meine beiden Mitbewohner ziehen als Grundschullehrer in ein anderes Viertel von München.
Ich bin ein sehr geselliger Mensch, gerne für ein Glas Wein zu haben und an den Wochenenden an gemeinsamen Ausflügen zum Wandern/Skifahren in die Berge interessiert. Ich arbeite allerdings relativ viel und gehe direkt danach zum Sport, von daher bin ich unter der Woche nicht so viel in der WG. Für gemeinsame Partyabende bin ich grundsätzlich auch offen; allerdings natürlich in einem gesittetem Rahmen und nicht unter der Woche :)
Eine Sache ist mir sehr wichtig: Ich bin ein sehr sauberer Mensch und verlange von meinen Mitbewohnern ein ähnliches Level an Sauberkeit. Die WG ist in einem exzellentem Zustand und soll es auch bleiben, von daher bitte nur bewerben, wenn ihr euch selber für eine sehr saubere Person haltet.

I'm an aerospace engineer working at a start-up in Planegg, so Pasing is a great location between city center and work! I've completed my bachelor's degree in Munich and my master's in Stockholm and I just moved back to Munich this September, so I'm still relatively new to the apartment as well.
I'm a very social person, always up for a glass of wine, and I'm interested in weekend hiking/skiing in the mountains. However, I do work quite a lot and go straight to the gym after work, so I'm not in the apartment much during the week. I'm generally open to have fun evenings/parties, but of course in a civilized manner and not during the week :)
One thing is very important to me: I am a very tidy person and expect a similar level of cleanliness from my roommates. The apartment is in excellent condition and I want to keep it that way, so please only apply if you consider yourself to be a very clean person.
