Zimmer in 3er WG mit eigenem Bad

Unser WG-Häuschen liegt in Pasing-Obermenzing nahe der Blutenburg in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung im Grünen. Man muss nur aus der Tür raus und ist eigentlich schon an der Würm - super zum entspannen, spazieren oder joggen.
Dafür dass die Gegend recht abgelegen scheint ist die Anbindung hier sehr in Ordnung. Zum Pasinger Bahnhof sind es zu Fuß aber ca 15 min. Da unsere Vermieterin Angie uns allerdings drei Fahrräder zur Verfügung gestellt hat, ist das absolut kein Problem. Mit dem Rad bist du in 5 min am Bahnhof. Und ab dort steht dir die Welt offen. Am Hbf bist du mit der S-Bahn in knapp 15 min - und kleines Schmankerl: Mit dem Regio zum Starnberger See sind es gerade mal 12 min. Ansonsten sind Edeka, Aldi und Penny in der Nähe. Hier lässt es sich also sehr entspannt leben - wir sind jedenfalls sehr zufrieden :)

Our shared house is located in Pasing-Obermenzing near Blutenburg in a quiet residential area surrounded by greenery. All you have to do is walk out of the door and you're already by the river Würm - great for relaxing, walking or jogging.
For the fact that the area seems quite remote, the connections here are very okay. It's about a 15-minute walk to Pasing S-Bahn/train station, but since our landlady Angie provided us with three bicycles, that's no problem at all. You can be at the station in 5 minutes by bike. And from there, the world is open to you. The main station is just 15 minutes by S-Bahn - and the dot on the i is: it's just 12 minutes to Lake Starnberg by Regio. So it's a very relaxed place to live - we're definitely very happy :)

Hallo WG-Suchende!

Wir sind Marina und Nils. Und da unser dritter Mitbewohner Max nächsten Monat mit seiner Freundin zusammenzieht, sind wir aktuell auf der Suche nach einem neuen/einer neuen Mitbewohner/in für unsere 3er WG! Wir sprechen hier deutsch und englisch und sind genauso auch offen für "Internationals" :)

Nils (31):
Ich bin seit mittlerweile 2 Jahren in München und arbeite im IT-Bereich. Neben der Arbeit mache ich gern allerlei Sport. Basketball, Schwimmen, Rennradfahren im Münchner Süden und Schach sind aktuell recht hoch im Kurs. Aber auch sonst kann ich mich für viele Themen begeistern und freue mich immer über Mitstreiter.

Marina (29):
Ich komme aus Brasilien und lebe seit ungefähr einem Jahr in Deutschland. Ich arbeite als Zahnmedizinische Fachangestellte und verbringe unter der Woche viel Zeit bei der Arbeit. Mein Deutsch ist noch nicht so gut, deshalb sprechen wir in der WG meistens Englisch. In meiner Freizeit lese ich gerne und gehe oft im Park in der Nähe joggen.

Wir sind beide seit Ende letzten Jahres in der WG (Nils seit August, Marina seit November). Wir verstehen uns super und würden uns jemanden wünschen, der/die auch Lust auf ein entspanntes und geselliges Zusammenleben hat. Da wir aber beide arbeiten, wäre es schön, wenn du ein ähnlich geregeltes Leben führst. Daher beschränkt sich die Geselligkeit eher auf Feierabend und Wochenende - oder auf die Mittagspause im Home Office :)
Ansonsten ist Communication Key wie man so schön sagt. Wir wollen hier einfach über alles offen reden, damit das WG-Leben für alle so cool und entspannt ist wie möglich.

Hello WG seekers!

We are Marina and Nils. And since our third roommate Max is moving in with his girlfriend next month, we are currently looking for a new roommate for our 3-person shared flat! We speak German and English here and are also open to “internationals” :)

Nils (31):
I've been in Munich for 2 years now and work in IT. Besides work, I like to do all kinds of sports. Basketball, swimming, cycling in the south of Munich and chess are currently very popular. But I'm also enthusiastic about many other topics and am always happy to meet new people.

Marina (29):
I come from Brazil and have been living in Germany for about a year. I work as a dental assistant and spend a lot of time at work during the week. My German isn't that good yet, so we mostly speak English in the shared flat. In my free time, I like to read and often go jogging in the park nearby.

We've both been in the flat since the end of last year (Nils since August, Marina since November). We get on really well and would like someone who is also interested in a relaxed and sociable life together. However, as we both work, it would be nice if you live a similarly regulated life. Therefore, socializing is limited to after work and weekends - or to the lunch break in the home office :)
Otherwise, communication is key, we would say. We simply want to talk openly about everything here so that life here is as cool and relaxed as possible for everyone.
