The room includes a desk, 2 chairs, a lamp and built-in closet and a mattress.
The room is in the first floor and facing north with a big window.In the same floor there are the 2nd and 3rd rooms, and a bathroom with toilet.
On the ground level there is the kitchen, the 4rd room and a toilet.
In the basement, there is enough storage room, a washing machine and dryer.
We are looking for a new long term tenant for my room.

In unserer 4er-WG wird ab 1.2. ein Zimmer frei. Es ist ca 17 qm groß.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 570 € warm plus ca 10€ Internet.

Das Zimmer ist möbliert mit einem Schreibtisch, zwei Stühlen, einer Stehlampe, einer großen eingebauten Schrankwand und einem Bett (auf dem Foto sieht man nur Matratzen)
Dein Zimmer liegt im 1. OG und verfügt über ein großes Fenster welches nach Norden ausgerichtet ist. Auf der selben Etage befinden sich noch zwei weitere WG-Zimmer und ein kleines Bad mit Wanne.
Im Erdgeschoß sind die große Küche, das 4. WG-Zimmer und ein kleines WC.
Es gibt es eine Waschmaschine und etwas zusätzlichen Stauraum im Keller.
Gesucht wird ein/e Mitbewohner/in zwischen 20 und 40 Jahren die/der vorhat LANGFRISTIG hier zu wohnen.

The location is very convenient, there are buses and tram stop nearby. Additionally there is an Aldi, Edeka and Netto across the street.

Wir wohnen zu viert in einem kleinen Reiheneckhaus in einer ruhigen Wohngegend in Pasing von der aus man auch schnell im Grünen ist.
Bus und Tram sind in 5 min zu erreichen. Man ist in ca. 20 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof. Gleich gegenüber finden sich diverse Supermärkte für den täglichen Bedarf.
Your roomies will be:
- Sabine (38y) she likes cooking, singing, dancing and taking care of the environment. She is a midwife.
- Emmanuel (26y): I am from Argentina and therefore have spanish as mothertongue. Here in the dailylife I speak only german but can understand and speak English if the new roomie cannot. I work as a Kindergarten teacher full time, so I am outside most of the day from Monday to Friday. I have two cats (who are my dearest treasure) and who are usually in my room, but are allowed to go out to the kitchen if another roommate wants them to. On weekends I stay at home in my room or go for walks or out with some friends. Above all things I value a roommate who doesn't make noise, parties, or is excessively messy. My work is really stressfull and full of noisy children, so I cannot stand a noisy roommate. I try to keep up with the cleaning schedule, but the most important thing for me is to *maintain* cleanliness (f.e. leaving the kitchen and bathroom tidy after each use). I usually stay in my room and mind my own business without interacting much with others, but I consider myself quite laidback and have no problem helping another roommate if needed.

Sometimes the landlady who lives in Austria visits and stays in her room in the attic.
In general we are a quiet WG, but casual conversation in the kitchen happens. The most important aspect is cleaningness, we have a cleaning schedule to ensure the armony of the apartment.
