Hi zusammen,
ziemlich cooles Zimmer in einer noch cooleren wg im Angebot.
Und genau deswegen leider auch nur zur Zwischenmiete, da ich 6 Wochen nach Kolumbien fliege und mein Zimmer gerne untervermieten möchte.
Falls du dir also vorstellen könntest, glückliche Mitwohner/in in der wg und stolze temporäre/r Besitzer/in des Zimmers auf den Fotos zu werden, schreib uns gerne einfach eine kurze Nachricht mit ein paar Infos über dich, was du so machst etc. :)
Das Zimmer ist 15qm groß, liegt im 1. OG und hat einen eigenen Zugang zum Balkon an der Sonnenseite des Hauses - ist also ganztägig hell :)
Großer Vorteil ist, dass das ganze (freistehene) Haus der wg gehört. Also hat jeder und jede Platz sich auszuleben und noch immer genug Raum sich auch mal zurück zu ziehen, wenn einem danach ist.

pretty cool room in an even cooler flatshare.
And that’s exactly why I just temporarily want to move out.
So, if you could imagine becoming a happy addition to our flatshare and proud temporary owner of the room in the photos, please send us a short message with some information about yourself, what you do, etc. :)
The room is 15 square meters, located on the 1st floor and has its own access to the balcony on the building's sunny side, meaning it’s bright all day :)
The big advantage is that the whole (free standing) house belongs to the flatshare, so everyone has space to express themselves and there’s still enough room to also retreat silently when they feel like it.
Die wg befindet sich im Ramersdorf-Perlach in München.
Der nächste Lidl ist 5 Gehminuten entfernt und auch zum Edeka braucht es nur 6-7 Minuten.
Die Buslinien 145 hält quasi direkt in der Nebenstraße und bringt einen in 10min zum Ostbahnhof von wo man alles mit U- und S-Bahn erreicht.

The apartment is located in Ramersdorf-Perlach in Munich.
The nearest Lidl supermarket is a 5-minute walk away and Edeka is also just about 6 minutes.
The bus line 145 stops in the neighbouring side street and takes you in 10 minutes directly to the Ostbahnhof from where you can reach any spot in Munich via underground and suburban trains.
In der wg wohnen aktuell:
-Sama, die im Bereich Pharmazie unterwegs ist und alle Münchner Konditoren in den Ruin treiben könnte, wenn sie anfangen würde ihre bombastischen Kuchen zu verkaufen
-Chris, der sich im Ingeneurswesen auslebt und als Chef-Florist der wg, den CO2 Ausstoß von halb Europa kompensiert, mit seinen ganzen Pflanzen um die er sich liebevoll kümmert inkl. eigenem Gemüsebeet im Garten im Sommer!!
-Alex, der bei einem Startup im Raumfahrtbereich richtig cooles Zeug baut, das hier und da auch mal explodiert und insgeheim eine Karriere als DJ hätte anstreben sollen
und wenn du das jetzt dachtest interessanter Hintergrund kommt
-Nita um die Ecke, die etwas in der Intersection von Psychologie-Medzin-Robotics studiert, wo keiner genau weiß was, aber du kannst dir sicher sein, wenn die Humanoid Robots eines Tages kommen, wird diese wg als erstes einen haben
und
-ich, Merten, auch im Startupbereich jedoch als Berater unterwegs und zumindest im Sommer fast jedes Wochenende im Englischen Garten auf der Eisbachwelle beim Surfen anzutreffen, allerdings mit 7 Milimeter Neoprenanzug, weil er eigentlich ein ziemlicher Warmduscher ist..und eben für 6 Wochen in Kolumbien unterwegs
Wen wir suchen:
Ganz einfach - eine aufgeschlossene, freundliche Mitbewohner/in, die sich vorstellen kann, Teil der wg-Truppe oben zu werden :)
Ansonsten achten wir bei unserem Zusammenleben auf die normalen wg-Dinge würden wir sagen wie: die Atmosphäre muss stimmen, also keine Zweck-wg und jede/r kann sich im eigenen Zimmer frei entfalten, aber in den gemeinschaftlichen Bereichen versuchen wir ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit zu halten :)

Currently living in the flatshare are:
-Sama, who works in a pharmacy and could bankrupt all of Munich's confectioners if she started selling her bombastic cakes
-Chris, who is an engineer and, as head florist of the flatshare, offsets the CO2 emissions of half of Europe with all the plants he lovingly takes care of, including his own vegetable patch in the garden in summer!!!
-Alex, who builds really cool stuff at a startup in the space sector that also explodes every now and then and who secretly should have pursued a career as a DJ
and if you thought interesting background
-Nita shows up, studying something at the intersection between psychology-medicine-robotics, where noone really knows what, but it humanoid robots are coming one day, be sure this flatshare will be the first to have one
and
-me, Merten, also in the startup sector but as a consultant and at least in summer almost every weekend in the English Garden on the Eisbach wave surfing, but with a 7 millimeter wetsuit, because he is actually quite a wimp..and as I said traveling for 6 weeks.
Who we are looking for:
Quite simply - an open-minded, friendly flatmate who can imagine becoming part of the above mentioned flatmates :)
Apart from that, we pay attention to the normal things needed when living together, such as: the atmosphere must be good, so no functional flat share (!) and everyone can develop freely in their own room, but in the common areas we try to keep a certain level of cleanliness :)
