ich heiße Gisela und biete ein Zimmer mit Küchen- und Badbenutzung im schönen Stadtteil Ramersdorf-Perlach an..
In den letzten Jahren habe ich mit mehreren Studentinnen/ Praktikantinnen zusammen gewohnt und wir hatten immer eine schöne Zeit zusammen.
Das Zimmer wäre ab 1. Februar verfügbar, nach Bedarf auch evtl. etwas früher. Was die Mietzeit betrifft, bin ich etwas flexibel (3-6 Monate).
Falls Du in diesem Zeitrahmen in München ein Zimmer für ein Praktikum o.ä. suchst, melde Dich gerne bei mir.
Die Wohnung liegt im 2. OG eines Mehrfamilienhauses in schöner, ruhiger Lage. Zur S-Bahn sind es nur 5 Gehminuten und die Münchner Innenstadt erreichst Du in ca. 12 Minuten.
Die Warmmiete beträgt 600 €.
