Das Zimmer ist unmöbliert, die restliche Wohnung ist allerdings möbliert, wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Wohnung hat mit Wohnzimmer, großem Flur mit Sitzbank und anschließendem Balkon sowie einer geräumige Küche viel gemeinschaftlich nutzbaren Raum, sodass es auch mit Besuch nicht eng wird. Die Küche ist aktuell noch nicht voll ausgestattet ist (daher sind eigene Mitbringsel willkommen). Die wichtigsten Dinge sind allerdings alle vorhanden.
Die Anbindung ist sehr gut (U5 Quiddestraße, 15min zum Hbf). U-Bahnstation sowie ein kleines Einkaufszentrum und verschiedene Restaurants sind vor der Haustüre, ohne dass es Nachts störend laut ist.
Die Wohnung ist im 3. OG und das Haus hat einen Aufzug.
Hi!
Gesellige Abende mit Freunden genauso möglich wie Ruhe und Privatspähre (durch die die Größe der Wohnung auch beides gleichzeitig, wenn da die Wünsche auseinandergehen). Dabei hast du mit uns beiden auch Leute, die für allerlei Aktionen zu haben sind, aber auch ruhige Abende können, wenn mal die Energie nicht da ist / die Uni oder Hobbies Überstunden verlangen.
Platz genug um eigene Hobbies / was auch immer dafür nötig ist unterzubringen, gibt es übrigens auch, das Wohnzimmer muss noch gefüllt werden :D
