[THIS IS FOR A SHORT-TERM STAY] A perfect cozy room for SHORT-TERMstay (3-4 month max.) in an Alte Heide residential area that is very bright and quiet. The room has equipped with a queen-size bed with a closet and a desk. *NO KVR/Anmeldung* No visitor allowed during the stay.
5 mins to the U6 Alte Heide, close to Garching TUM campus and 10 minutes to Marienplatz. 7 min walk to the English garden where you can enjoy nature.
I am a tech consultant who works for a big 4. Quiet but sociable. I prefer someone who is also quiet at home and commute to work, not staying all the time at home. I am usually busy with work and after work I enjoy private time at home for rest.
I am looking for someone who wants to stay for a short term period.
