Da ich Ende Februar ausziehe und mein Nachmieter im April einzieht, biete ich mein WG Zimmer in Schwabing-Freimann für den Monat März vollmöbiliert zur Untermiete an.
In dem Haus sind 3 4er WGs - unsere WG liegt im ersten Stock. Dazu haben wir einen großen. Das Zimmer ist 13qm groß, in dem es vor allem vormittags durch die Sonne hell ist.
Wir sind durch die U-Bahn-Haltestelle Freimann und damit mit der U6 sehr gut in München angebunden. Zur U-Bahn-Haltestelle läuft man 8 Minuten. Von Tür zu Tür braucht man an die TUM in Garching 25 Minuten, TUM Innenstadt 35 Minuten und LMU 20 Minuten.
Deine Mitbewohner wären Anna (23), Lea (24) und Kay (23). Anna studiert BWL, Lea TUM-BWL und Kay studiert Informatik. Die drei sind gute Freunde und sitzen gerne abends in der Küche zusammen. Das WG Leben ist sehr freundschaftlich und entspannt.
