As we all work, we would also prefer somebody who is already working, not student.
The location is ideal for BMW/Allianz interns.
The neighborhood is very quiet , bus connections (bus 142) Edeka, Rossmann, Penny on the doorstep. U2/U3 Scheidplatz within 4 minutes bus ride or 10 minutes walk.
I offer a 25m² room with two small windows. The room has its own entrance and also conected to the apartment.
It is fully equipped and is located in Souterrain of a beautiful 5 room maisonette apartment (130 sqm) with private garden and balcony.
Desk , single bed, wardrobe are available. Shared use of bathroom and kitchen only.
Another two shared rooms are currently rented to a nice Italian and Colombian girls
Briefly about me: I am originally from Peru, but have lived in Munich for many years. I speak good German, but am also happy to talk in Spanish or English. I myself am very open and respect the other personality, but also expect the same in return.
