Dear All,
A spacious room (24 square meters) in a 4-people shared apartment. The room availbale is room #3 in the room layour picture. The room is very bright and south facing. The view outside the room is on a beautiful green garden. The area is residential and as such extremely quiet.
The room faces over the balcony, but does not have direct access. To get to the balcony you can either climb over the window or go though the room of one of the other roomates.
The apartment is located a 3 minutes walk to the bus stop of line 142, which brings you in approximately 9 minutes to U-bahn station of Münchner Freiheit (U3 and U6) or the station of Scheidplatz (U2, U3, U8 and many trams/bus lines).
There is an EDEKA and Penny Market 3 minutes walking distance.
The apartments is 4-people shared flat, with two bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a shower, wc and sink. The second bathroom has a wc and sink.
The kitchen has a dishwasher and there are plenty of utensiles (pans, plates, knives, forks etc. etc.)
There is a small storage room at the entrance of the apartment and there is also a large storage room in the basement.
The washing washine was installed recently and is located in the kitchen.
The other three roomates living in the WG are:
Lenny, 31, from Berlin, he works full-time as a consultant.
Jens, 24, from Nuremberg, he is an engineering student at TUM.
Lilia, 25, from Italy, she is currently working full-time at Amazon.
They are all incredibly fun, respectful and quiet. Most of the time, they spend time together in a beer garden or having a glass of wine in the kitchen. Sometimes they organize picnic at the englisch garten or do sports together.
Ideally, they would like to find a fourth roomate who is also very clean and respectful and would like to join them in social activies together (going for a beer, picnic at Isar etc etc).
Of course, if you would prefer to take your alone time in your room and wants some privacy that is totally okay and understandable!
Unfortunately, I am leaving the apartment due to a last-minute job relocation to another country.
Preferably, you should be employed full-time in Munich.
Move in date ideally August 1,2022.
The room is currently furnished with a bed, desk, small wardrobe and clothes hanger from Ikea.
The cost of the furniture is Euro 400. When contacting me, please let me know if you are interested in purchasing it and we can agree that I leave it in the room.
I could also leave behind a couch that can be converted in a bed.
Rent including heating, room 3: approx. 24 sqm, no balcony || Monthly rent €750 + additional costs €120 = €870. The operating costs include: heating, water, hot water, waste water, garbage disposal, caretaker, house cleaning, cleaning agents, grit, maintenance of green areas, maintenance of the building, cable connection, residential building insurance.
Electricity and Wi-fi are not included. They are approximately 50 euros extra.
The minimum rental period is 6 months.
