Das Zimmer ist teilmöbliert und gut geschnitten mit einem Fenster und hoher Decke. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 3. Stock eines Altbaus und besteht aus zwei Zimmern, einer vollausgestatteten Küche (mit Backofen), einem Bad (mit Waschmaschine) sowie einem Flur mit Einbauschränken für zusätzlichen Stauraum. Auch gehört ein Balkon zur Wohnung. Das Haus liegt an einer ruhigen Straße.

The room is partially furnished and has a good layout with a window and a high ceiling. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and consists of two rooms, a fully equipped kitchen (with an oven), a bathroom (with a washing machine) and a hallway with built-in cupboards for additional storage space. The apartment also has a balcony. The house is located on a quiet street.

Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Schwabing zwischen der Münchener Freiheit und dem Hohenzollernplatz. Beide U-Bahn-Stationen sind zu Fuß in etwa 10 Minuten erreichbar. Daher ist die Anbindung in alle Richtungen gut. In der Umgebung gibt es viele kleine Läden, gemütliche Cafés und Restaurants, die zum Schlendern und Verweilen einladen. Ein Edeka befindet sich fast nebenan, aber auch Penny, Rewe, DM und Rossmann sind schnell fußläufig erreichbar.

The apartment is centrally located in Schwabing between Münchener Freiheit and Hohenzollernplatz. Both subway stations can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. Therefore, the connection in all directions is good. There are many small shops, cosy cafés and inviting restaurants in the area. An Edeka is located almost next door, but Penny, Rewe, DM and Rossmann are also reachable within easy walking distance.

Da meine Mitbewohnerin auszieht, bin ich auf der Suche nach einer langfristigen Nachmieterin für unsere schöne 2er-WG in Schwabing. Idealerweise bist du ebenfalls bereits im Berufsleben angekommen.

Das WG-Leben stelle ich mir harmonisch und entspannt vor. Ich freue mich auf gemeinsame Unternehmungen. Aber natürlich sollte auch gegenseitig die Privatsphäre respektiert werden. Mir ist es wichtig, dass sich jeder wohlfühlen kann. Zusätzlich lege ich Wert auf Sauberkeit und Ordnung (aber nicht auf penibler Ebene).

Ich bin die Johanna, 30 Jahre alt und arbeite im HR-Bereich. In meiner Freizeit bin ich gerne kreativ und handwerklich unterwegs, lese ein bisschen querbeet (im Moment vorwiegend Thriller und Fachbücher) und erkunde in der Stadt neue Cafés und Restaurants - vielleicht ja bald auch gemeinsam mit dir! Außerdem bin ich ein kleiner Serienjunkie, wobei Sitcoms meine all-time Favourites sind.

As my flatmate is moving out, I am looking for a long-term new tenant for her room in our beautiful apartment in Schwabing. Ideally, you have already started working.

I envision life together in the WG to be harmonious and uncomplicated. I look forward to joint activities like for example cooking, watching movies or game nights. Of course the each other's privacy should also be respected. It's important to me that everyone feels comfortable. Also, I value cleanliness and tidiness (but not on a meticulous level).

I am Johanna, 30 years old and work in HR. In my free time, I like to be creative and crafty, read a bit of everything (mainly thrillers and specialist books at the moment) and explore new cafés and restaurants in the city - maybe soon together with you! I'm also slightly addicted to watching TV series, sitcoms are my all-time favorites.
