Hallo liebe Wohnungssuchende,
da ich, Lisa, für ein Auslandssemester meine liebe 2er WG mit Leo für ein paar Monate verlassen werde, suche ich eine:n Untermieter:in vom 14.02 bis 30.06 (eventuell mit Aussicht auf Verlängerung).
Meldet euch gerne, wenn ihr sozial verträglich, entspannt und verlässlich seid.
Das Zimmer sieht mittlerweile etwas anders aus, ist voll möbliert mit Bett (1,40 auf 2,00 m), Schrank, Couch, Schreibtisch und Schreibtischstuhl.
Der Mietpreis von 770€ inkludiert alles bis auf GEZ.
Die nächste U-Bahn Station ist der Josephsplatz oder der HZP, von dem auch die Tram abfährt.
