Because of an internship abroad, I am not in Munich from 5.08.2025-11.10.2025, which is why I would like to rent my room.
The room is approx. 11-12sqm large and furnished. The current bed is 90cm tall but is probably replaced by a larger one. Unfortunately, I only have pictures of the move.
We have 3 rooms, a spacious kitchen with dining area, a separate toilet and a bathroom with toilet and then a large balcony.
The WG is located in the newly built student residence complex Schwer-reiter-strasse.
It's a 3 girls' WG. Both roommates are very sweet.
IMPORTANT:
There is only one female person who is currently immatriculated in or around Munich and who meets the requirements for a living room.

The location is great: in Schwabing-West, south of the Olympic Park. Directly in front of the dormitory is a tram stop and to the subway at Hohenzollernplatz it is also not far. A house is also a rewe and a baker.

Wegen eines Auslandspraktikum bin ich vom 5.08.2025-11.10.2025 nicht in München, weshalb ich mein Zimmer gerne untervermieten möchte.
Das Zimmer ist ca. 11-12qm gross und möbliert. Das aktuelle Bett ist 90cm gross aber wird vermutlich durch ein grösseres ersetzt. Leider habe ich aktuell nur Bilder vom Einzug.
Wir haben jeweils 3 Zimmer, eine geräumige Küche mit Essbereich, eine separate Toilette sowie ein Bad mit Toilette und dann noch einen grossen Balkon.
Die WG befindet sich im neugebauten Studentenwohnheimkomplex schwere-reiter-strasse.
Es ist eine 3er Mädels-WG. Beide Mitbewohnerinnen sind sehr lieb.
WICHTIG:
Es kommt nur eine weibliche Person in frage, die aktuell in oder um München herum immatrikuliert ist und die die Voraussetzungen für ein Wohnheimzimmer erfüllt.

Die Lage ist super: in Schwabing-West, südlich gelegen vom Olympiapark. Direkt vor dem Wohnheim ist eine Tramhaltestelle und zur U bahn am Hohenzollernplatz ist es auch nicht weit. Ein Haus weiter ist ausserdem ein Rewe und ein Bäcker.
