We are looking for one flatmate for our 4 person-flat located in Schwabing West.
We are one french girl, one spanish guy and one russian guy, between 24 and 26, all working full time.
No gender preference, preferably non-smoking person, English speaking.
The flat is composed with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one shower and one bathtub) with 2 toilets, one kitchen/ dining room/ living room and a big terrace. The flat is also furnished with a TV, washing machine and dish washer.
The room is available from the 16th of January 2022. The rent is 700€ (electricity and water included)+ 10€ for internet.
The room is furnished with a desk, a wardrobe, a double-size bed and a shelf.
Flat is located between Olympiapark and Luitpoldpark, UBahn: Petuelring. Very quiet area, groceries stores in the neighborhood, parks. On the third floor with no lift.
One car park spot is available and parking for bikes.

Very quiet area, groceries stores in the neighborhood, parks.The apartment is located in a quiet and very well connected area. The U-Bahn (subway U3) is 5 minutes away on foot. The city center can be reached in 15 minutes. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes and everything else your heart desires including Olympiapark and BMW Welt are also within easy walking distance.
I will be moving out of the WG after more than a year living there. The WG-life is super relaxed and although all three are pretty busy, we manage to cook; spend time together or go to a bar in the evening. And there is always someone available for a cozy evening in the kitchen or living room anyway :)
We are looking for someone who is open-minded and spontaneous, who fits in well with us. Also, you should have no problem with the WG language being English.
