Hallo,
Da ich ab Ende November im Urlaub bin, möchte ich gerne mein WG Zimmer in Schwabing untervermieten.

Das Zimmer ist ca 15qm gross und hat alles was man so braucht:

- 1,40 Bett (Matratze liegt auf den Lattenrost, ist wirklich sehr cozy 🙃)
- Schreibtisch
- 2 Kleiderstangen
- 2 Kommoden
- Sessel

Direkt um die Ecke ist die Tram Haltestelle Schwabinger Tor, die dich zum Münchner Freiheit (U3/U6) bringt. Ausserdem fahren diverse Busse zum Scheidplatz (U2). Die Anbindung ist also wirklich top. Innerhalb weniger Fußminuten sind Edeka, Netto, Rossmann, Apotheken etc erreichbar.

Meine beiden Mitbewohnerinnen sind wirklich klasse. Sie sind beide Mitte / Ende 20 und studieren noch. An sich haben wir ein super entspanntes WG-Leben, quatschen gerne miteinander und helfen uns gegenseitig.

Unsere Wohnung hat ein Badezimmer mit Duschwanne (und Waschmaschine), eine voll ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Airfryer 😉, Spülmaschine) und ein Flur mit Esstisch. Ebenso geht vom Zimmer meiner Mitbewohnerin ein Balkon ab, der für alle zugänglich ist.

Die Daten sind relativ flexibel. Die Monatsmiete beträgt 600€, alles darüber hinaus wird anteilig berechnet. Natürlich räume ich auch meine Sachen aus dem Zimmer, damit du genügend Platz und Stauraum hast.
