Viel Licht kommt ins Zimmer (16qm) Es ist wunderbar möbliert: Bett 140x200 mit Matratze, Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kommode.
Insgesamt hat die Wohnung drei Zimmer, Küche, Bad und Flur. Außerdem vorhanden sind Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler - und WLAN.
Die Lage ist traumhaft. Mitten in Schwabing in schöner Wohngegend / und doch Cafés und Restaurants fussläufig erreichbar. Außerdem Shoppingmeilen Leopoldstraße und Hohenzollernstraße in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Und: zu Fuß in 15 Minuten im Englischen Garten. Wer möchte, geht dort zum Eisbaden in den Schwabinger Bach / Eisbach zur Stärkung der Immunkraft. Überhaupt bietet diese Gegend viele Möglichkeiten, sich eine gute Zeit zu machen.
In der WG sind wir respektvoll - und freundschaftlich miteinander. Wer mal Zeit für sich braucht - das wird respektiert. Gern humorvolle, lockere Art.
WG ist zu zweit - ggf zu dritt.
