Das Zimmer ist möbliert (Kleiderschrank, Bett, Tisch, Bücherregal, Kommode). Desweiteren ist eine großzügige Wohnküche (20 qm) zur gemeinsamen Nutzung vorhanden.
Die Wohnung befindet sich direkt am engl. Garten. Die Gegend ist sehr grün und ruhig. Hinter dem Haus fließt ein Bach.;)
Fußläufig in 3 min ist ein Tante-Emma-Laden zu erreichen, Aldi und Edeka etwa in ca 10 min.
Zur U-Bahn Nordfriedhof sind es ca. 8 min.

Ich selbst bin als IT-Berater tätig und somit nur abends anzutreffen. Das WG Leben läuft hier eher entspannt. Wenn man Lust hat, unterhält man sich auch mal gerne bei einem Glas Wein. Selbstverständlich wird auf die Privatsphäre wert gelegt.
