Hi zusammen, meine Mitbewohnerin geht für ein Praktikum ein paar Monate weg, ihr WG-Zimmer in Maxvorstadt/Grenze Schwabing wird frei ab 01.01.2025. Es hat 16m² und ist möbeliert.
Zw. Josephsplatz / Hohenzollernplatz und Giselastraße. Die Wohnung geht richtung Innenhof, der ganz schön ist.
Ich bin 31 und viel im Beruf, also keine WG Community, eher unkompliziertes Zusammenleben.
Kürzerer Zeitraum wäre auch ok. also z.B, nur für 3 Monate. Telefonieren / weitere Fotos / facetime usw ist kein Problem.
