The apartment is a few minutes' walk from Theresienwiese and only 2 minutes from the Schwanthalerhöhe ubhan stop (U4 and U5), and takes less than five minutes to central station in the Ubhan. The tram and S-Bahn at Hackerbrücke are less than 10 minutes away (on foot).

There are many cafes,
restaurants, kiosks and bars in the street and the side streets. Various shopping opportunities and the Schwanthaler Forum are easily accessible on foot.

This shared flat is super chill, If you're up for some company, you can hang out in the spacious kitchen-living room, whether it's to eat, chat, or watching a movie on the big TV.
