Cosy room with direct access to the balcony. The room has a large window front, facing North West. Golden hour light is stunning in the room in Autumn and Spring!
Edeka, DM, pharmacy, and Lidl are just below the apartment block, thus you can carry the shopping cart from the shops all the way in front of the WG fridge!!
Within a 10min walk from the apartment you find post office, HIT, Rossmann, Obi, and Bauhaus.
Hey future roomie!
We are Hannah, Sebi, and Wout.
Hannah (Italian) works as a primary school teacher at an international school. In her free time Hannah will probably be bouldering, climbing, at the park slacklining, or at a lake supping. When she is at home, she loves taking care of the veggie garden on the lovely terrace, she attempts to complete some crochet project, and she loves cooking (vegan) for roomies and friends.
Sebi (German) works as an electrical engineer in the field of solid oxide fuel cells. He likes to spend his time in climbing gyms or cooking large amounts of (vegan) food to feed everyone. On sunny weekends he and Hannah are mostly out in the Alps camping somewhere. He also often has little carpentry projects going on.
Wout (Dutch) works as a software engineer at JetBrains and is very passionate about coding. Wout is the proud owner of Jip, our beloved 5 year old tiger.
The flat offers a spacious living area with a cooking island, private 30m2 terrace in addition to a 6m2 balcony, 2 bathrooms (one is attached to Hannah and Sebi's room), and a storage room that also offers a little work bench with all the basic tools.
During the week we are all out at work, only little Jip stays behind taking care of the flat. He would love some company during those days and can help you doing your home office tasks if you have the possibility.
The kitchen and rest of the apartment are equipped with everything you need for daily life, but we are very excited to change things up and accomodate everyones ideas, especially in the common area.
We are very excited to get to know you, so if you could see yourself living with us we can meet up spontaneously as soon as possible :)
You would be included in the main contract, which is currently unlimited. The building was built only a few years ago and features floor heating, good insulation, a wooden floor and large windows.
In the basement there are 4 electric bikes as well as 2 cargo bikes for everyone to use freely.
You can also access the roof of the building which offers a gigantic terrace that is accessible to everyone living here.
