und Sauberkeit automatisch drauf hat,
und wichtig: kein Homeoffice.
Und aufgrund einiger Erfahrungen auch bitte normales Kochen, es sollte kein starker Kochgeruch in der Wohnung hängen bleiben.
Ich habe viel Erfahrung mit Zusammenwohnen und lasse Dich in Ruhe deine Sachen machen, bin auch ein freundliches anteilnehmendes Wesen, habe viele positive Erfahrungen im Zusammenleben und freue mich, dass es auch so weitergeht.
Bitte sag, wie lange du vor hast, hier zu wohnen und was deine Bedürfnisse sind. Und natürlich sehr wichtig: Wie finanzierst Du Dein Leben? Bitte melde Dich nur, wenn Du studierst oder arbeitest. Danke.

starting from April 2025 on
I am looking for a nice relaxed peaceful roommate, respectful, very tidy, and who is mostly out and does not do much at home,
surely no homeoffice and no studying mainly at home.
Important: the kitchen doesnt have a window and my room is directly next to it, so it is important that you do only normal cooking, surely no Indian or Asian extensive cooking!
The room is very cosy and a relaxed place to feel at home, furnished and peaceful and beautiful,
the flat is small, but has everything, including washing machine and dryer.
The bed is big, 140 x 200 cm, there is a table and a comfortable sofa, a very big window into the back garden, public transport is in front of the house, also the supermarket and bakery is directly in front of the house, as well as a very beautiful park.

1 for how long you plan to live here, and
2 how much time you usually stay at home,
3 and important: that you finance yourself, no government support, so when applying this is also important that you give that information
