Das Zimmer befindet sich im 2. OG des Hauses. Es hat 15 Quadratmeter und einen riesigen Balkon! Bett und Schrank sind im Zimmer. Der Tisch und Stuhl werden zum Einzug nicht mehr da sein, solltest du jedoch diese benötigen, finden wir sicherlich eine Lösung. :) In jedem Stockwerk gibt es ein Bad.

LIMITED 01.02 - 07.03!
The room is located on the 2nd floor of the house. It has 15 square meters and a huge balcony! Bed and wardrobe are in the room. The table and chair will not be there when you move in, but if you need them, we will surely find a solution. :) There is a bathroom on each floor.
Du bist direkt neben der Donnersberger Brücke, jedoch zum Innenhof ausgerichtet! Also kein Zuglärm und dennoch einer der zentralsten Lagen in München, die man sich vorstellen kann. Es gibt fußläufig (3min) diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Edeke, Rossmann), sowie zahlreiche Imbisse und Restaurants und Kioske. Die Anbindung mit der Stammstrecke ist ideal, darüber hinaus gibt es noch zahlreiche Trambahnen und Busse direkt ums Ecks.

You are right next to the Donnersberger Brücke, but facing the inner courtyard! So no train noise and yet one of the most central locations in Munich you can imagine. There are various shopping facilities (Lidl, Edeke, Rossmann) within walking distance (3 minutes), as well as numerous snack bars, restaurants and kiosks. The connection with the main line is ideal, and there are also numerous trams and buses right around the corner.
Wir sind eine Berufstätigen-WG und legen Wert auf Nachtruhe. Wir unternehmen aber auch gerne etwas gemeinsam. Wir haben ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Couch, Esstisch und Fernseher sowie eine schöne Terasse. Du hast super sympathische Mitbewohner!

We are a working flat share and value a good night's sleep. But we also like to do things together. We have a large living room with a couch, dining table and TV as well as a nice terrace. You have super friendly roommates!
