We have a lovely room available in our shared flat, approximately 15 sqm in size.
The room can be partially furnished with a mattress, a closet, a chair and a desk (not the same as on the picture)

The flat is centrally located in a lively area in Schwanthalerhöhe . We are located in a bermuda triangle of bars - which is nice when you want to have a beer outside. However, be aware that it can also be a bit louder during the evening on the weekends.

PS: There is also a nice Pizza place around the corner.

The U-Bahn Station "Schwanthalerhöhe" (U4/U5) is 4 min away, the Tram 18/19 is roughly 10 min by foot.

You would live together with two PhD candidates (one astrophysist looking at cool black holes, one neuropsychologist looking at cool brains). It is important for us to not have a "Zweck-WG", we like to have dinner together, chill in the kitchen and have friends over.

The move-in date should be no later than 15 April 2025 (ideally earlier). A stay of less than 3 or up to four months would also be negotiable.
