The room has 21 m2 and is quite sunny with a south facing window. The room is rented furnished. The communal dishwasher is located in the basement and costs 50 cents. There is a spiral stove in the kitchen.

Das Zimmer hat 21 m2 und ist mit Südfenster recht sonnig. Das Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet. Die Gemeinschafts-Waschmaschine befindet sich im Keller und kostet 50cent. In der Küche gibt es eine Spülmaschine.
The house is located in the middle of the Westend, with various supermarkets, kiosks, pubs, restaurants and cafés within walking distance. There is little traffic on the street, which is why the house is nice and quiet.
Das Haus befindet sich mitten im Westend, mit verschiedenen Supermärkten, Kiosks, Kneipen, Restaurants und Cafés in Laufreichweite. Die Straße wird wenig befahren, weshalb es im Haus schön ruhig ist.
We are looking for an open-minded, communicative flatmate for our 3-person shared flat. We are 2 Spanish women and are therefore looking for a man, preferably English-speaking. Occasionally we have small parties, but we generally value a quiet and relaxed atmosphere. We sometimes cook together or have a beer after work, watch a movie together or play board games. It would be great if you could join us.
