Hi! I’m Lisa, and I’m moving out of my flat on Unicorn Street (yes, that’s really the name – no joke! We’re even close to the Sugar Mountain 😉). I’m moving into my own place with my boyfriend, so my bright, sun-filled room will be available from 15th of February.

To make your move-in easier and my move-out smoother, I sell my beloved stylish chrome mirror cabinet for €800 and my IKEA Malm bed for €350 (without mattress, but with slatted frame ). It’s a great deal because you won’t have to assemble it or pay for delivery, and you can directly move in! I’ll also give the small shelf above the bed and the interior roller blind for free. 😊

Your future flatmate is Rohit, a 34-year-old Software Developer from India. He’s a relaxed, friendly person who loves hiking, traveling, photography, and hitting the gym. He also enjoys watching movies and comedy. He doesn’t smoke or drink and enjoys a peaceful, harmonious atmosphere at home
Note:
- The kitchen belongs to us (it wasn't included). There are no take-over-costs, but a new fridge and dishwasher are needed. Rohit and you will select that and share the cost for these (should be around 350€).
- Electricity costs are subject to variation based on usage.
Important conditions:
-You must be able to move in from 15th February. If my moves goes smooth, I might also be able to handover the room already a few days earlier. I have my new house form 31st of January and try to be as fast as possible, so maybe i could also give it to you a week earlier. We can talk about that. ;)
- Please be aware of the initial costs (for bed, cabinet, dishwasher and fridge) mentioned above and only contact us if you're fine with those costs.
