I love spending weekends in nature, often heading to places like Garmisch or Mittenwald. I’m a simple and laid-back person—I don’t drink or smoke, though I’m perfectly fine if others do. During weekdays, I usually go to the gym and cook (mostly Indian food).
I respect everyone’s privacy but am always open to helping or listening if there’s ever a need. Having a relaxed, happy, and positive environment at home is very important to me.
Additional costs and requirements:
1. An initial investment of approximately 350€ might be required. This is for buying a fridge (as the current one will be gone) and a dishwasher. We can decide together on what to buy.
2. You have to take over the bed from my previous flatmate for 350 euros
