Wanna wake up with the sunshine hugging your face?
And have lovely and talented flatmates to tell you good morning every morning :)?
Then, you might have discovered the place you want to call home.
The room is around 11 square meters and has a door to a big balcony which is usually well-vegetated during the summer (we have a plant freak). The room gives a very cozy vibe.
There are a few pieces of furniture from the previous tenant including:
-The bed and mattress
- A small sofa (also convertible into a bed)
- A big mirror
For the furniture and the fixtures and fittings there would be some compensation, which will be discussed during the interview.
The flat is located very close to Westpark as well as the station Harras,
which makes it easy to either go for a walk in nature or be anywhere in the city very fast.
There are also multiple bus stations which take you anywhere you want to go.
Right across the street from the flat is a Rewe and other supermarkets like Lidl, Edeka, DM, etc. are also close by.
What we really appreciate though, is that with the bike it only takes about 15 minutes to either be in the heart of the city or chill at the Isar.
If you want to live in a lively but cozy WG with crazy discussions, hilarious moments, a family-like dynamic and many stories to tell, then you are looking for us. We (Mo, Anton and Kerstin) are looking for someone who is a little crazy in the same way we are. We like to do activities as a WG like movie nights, game nights or cooking if we have the time for it.
We have many different hobbies which sometimes we like to do together like caring for our many plants, dancing in the kitchen (and singing too) or just having wild discussions.
A short introduction to your possible future flatmates:
Mo is studying social work and has a huge love for plants and tinkering/crafting. He is very fun and loves discussing many different subjects - from outer space to microbes. He also likes learning new recipes and cooking them for us.
Anton is a working student but has a huge entrepreneurial spirit, and he is a good cook, but rarely does it cause he is on another level of cooking. He enjoys a nice conversation after a heavy work day.
Kerstin is working in the film industry, so there are phases where you rarely see her. But when she is home, she enjoys watching movies, reading, painting or going out into nature. She has a collection of different teas, which alsways seems to grow. She also likes to cook and bake, sometimes even for the WG.
