🇩🇪 Deutsche Version – Einzelzimmer in einer WG – Ab März verfügbar
Ich vermiete ein Einzelzimmer in einer 4er-WG. Die Wohnung ist voll möbliert und bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, einschließlich einer kürzlich renovierten Küche, die komplett mit Geschirr und Besteck ausgestattet ist. Das Badezimmer verfügt über eine Dusche.
Das Zimmer ist vollständig eingerichtet und hat zur Erleichterung des Zusammenlebens ein eigenes Waschbecken. Es befindet sich im Erdgeschoss eines ruhigen Wohnhauses. Die Mitbewohner sind rücksichtsvoll und leise, und es gab nie Probleme bei der gemeinsamen Nutzung der Räume.
Verfügbarkeit und Bedingungen
• Bevorzugt ab März verfügbar.
• Ich suche jemanden, der für die nächsten 2-3 Monate in Untermiete einzieht und anschließend einen regulären Mietvertrag mit dem Vermieter abschließt.
• Der neue Mietvertrag, der nach der Untermiete beginnt, erfordert eine Kaution von zwei Monaten sowie die Zahlung einer Monatsmiete.
• Für die Untermietzeit muss die gesamte Mietsumme für den Zeitraum (2-3 Monate) im Voraus in einer einzigen Zahlung geleistet werden.
• Die Vertragsdetails für den regulären Mietvertrag werden dann direkt mit dem Vermieter besprochen.

I am renting out a single room in a 4-person shared apartment. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities, including a recently renovated kitchen that comes with all necessary dishes and cutlery. The bathroom has a shower.
The room is fully furnished and, to make co-living easier, has its own sink. It is located on the ground floor of a quiet residential building. The flatmates are respectful and quiet, and there have never been any issues with sharing the common spaces.
Availability and Conditions
• Preferably available from March.
• I am looking for someone to sublet the room for 2-3 months and then sign a regular rental contract with the landlord afterward.
• The new contract, once the sublet period ends, requires a security deposit of two months plus one month’s rent.
• For the initial sublet period, the full rent for 2-3 months must be paid upfront in one single payment.
• The details of the regular rental contract will then be discussed directly with the landlord.
