Aufgrund der akuten Wohnungsnot biete ich übergangsweise ein geteiltes Zimmer in der WG an.
Ich bin nur an etwa 4 Tagen im Monat in der WG.
Die restliche Zeit ist das Zimmer leer.
Das ist schade in München.
in dem Zimmer stehen eine Couch und ein Doppelbett.
genügend Platz also zum Schlafen, wenn dann doch zwei Leute dort sein müssen.
Das Angebot soll keine Dauerlösung sein sondern nur eine Übergangslösung...

Deshalb bitte das Anschreiben mit "Baum" beginnen, damit ich weis, das die Beschreibung auch verstanden wurde...
