Ich biete ein gemütlich Zimmer von 7qm in einem 3-Zimmer Appartement im 8. Stock, direkt am Westpark.
Die Aussicht von dem angebotenen Zimmer ist nach Norden, siehe das Aussichtbild.
Dein Zimmer hat ein kleines Bett, einen Schrank und einen Schreibtisch.
Es ist in einer voll eingerichteten Wohnung nur 20 Minuten vom Münchner Zentrum, super angebunden mit dem Auto oder den Öffentlichen.
Die Wohnung hat insgesamt drei Zimmer, ein Badezimmer und eine vollausgestattete Einbauküche mit Nordbalkon und Tisch.
Aktuell wohnen 2 weiteren Mitbewohnern, die Du selbstverständlich kennenlernen wirst. Sie sind auf die Privatsphäre sehr achtsam und respektvoll. Und natürlich wird auf Sauberkeit viel geachtet.
Wichtig: 6 Monate mindestaufenthalt

There are three rooms, two of which are already will be rented by two nice persons that you will meet first.
Your Room, 7sm, has a bed, a cupboard and a desk :-)
The fitted kitchen is completely new, I myself lived here during the renovation and enjoyed it a lot.

Das Zimmer liegt direkt am Westpark.
Super Verkehrsanbindung mit Bus und Tram, Haltestelle Ammerseestrasse, 20 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof. Die Wohnung ist fast direkt am Ring, mit dem Auto ist man also schnell überall.
Die Parkmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe sehr gut.

Super public transport connection with bus and tram, Station Ammerseestrasse, 20 minutes to central station.
The flat is almost directly connected to the central road ring around Munich, so you are quick to move around with your car.
zwei ruhigen Mitbewohner leben schon in dieser Wohnung. Sie sind sehr ruhig und achten auf die Privatsphäre.
Jeder ist natürlich wöchentlich dran mit dem Putzen.
Wichtig ist dass eine gute Stimmung entsteht, deshalb werdet ihr euch erst kennenlernen :-)
