Hey fellow MUC-ers,
I am subletting my room while I am travelling. No KVR possible. This is your opportunity to get a centrally-located, affordable accomodation with the best roommate for this period :)
The 20m² room is very well laid out and includes a work station with 2 monitors that you can use while I am away as well as a heigh-adjustable office desk and office chair. The room also contains a very comfortable 180cmx200cm and directly opens into a beautiful balcony overlooking the inner garden.
The apartment has a total of about 55m² and includes 2 rooms, a hallway, a kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony. All costs are included in the rent price. The flat is fully equipped with cutlery and kitchen appliances so you dont need to buy or bring anything on your own.
The beautiful apartment is located in Sendling near Harras. It is very well connected both during the day and at night thanks to the underground and S-Bahn connections and the countless buses at Harras. It is very easy to reach all corners of Munich. The underground and S-Bahn station is about 8 minutes away on foot.
Drugstores, supermarkets, pharmacies, butchers and bakeries are all within a 5-minute radius.
You will be sharing the flat with Shouvik (25).He is studying for his Master's degree in Informatiocs at TUM in Munich.
As I've already lived in a few shared flats in other cities, I can say that it couldn't have been better. We had a great relationship right from the start, which has developed into a very close friendship.
As a person he is very forward, sporty, very polite, super open and fun to be with. From wild party evenings to relaxed cooking evenings, everything was included. It should also be mentioned that he is also very motivated and hard-working. There are days when you don't meet until 10 in the evening. But that was never a problem.
It should be noted that Shouvik speaks only English and Hindi but is always open to improve his German.

The neighbors are all very relaxed and there is hardly any noise in the apartment. There are both owners and tenants in the block. There has not been any issue with them previously.
There is also a bicycle cellar and bicycle storage facilities outside the front door.
