Furnished room with a bed, wardrobe, desk and office chair. It’s brightly lit due to the window. The flat comes equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, bath tub and a large shower. The kitchen is very modern and has everything you need. The balcony faces to the inner courtyard so you can e.g. relax there after work and enjoy the summer!

The flat is directly located next to Candidplatz. The U1 or bus line 52 head directly to the city centre. In just 4 minutes you‘ll be at Sendlinger Tor. Also, 50m next to the flat is a grocery store (Edeka), a bakery and a small kiosk, covering everything you need.

The flatmates are very friendly and sociable. They are engineering students who intern in Munich. One is already working full-time at a startup. If you’re trying to get to know people in Munich, they are the best! Always in a good mood and respectful. If you’re down to chat, go out or just spend the evening together, you’ll be at the right place. But if you’re just looking for some nice calm people, you’ll be happy as well.

I‘m looking for someone to take over my contract. You can also register at the local registration office if you‘d like. I‘m offering both online and offline visits. Please keep in mind that I expect you to answer fast and show up if we scheduled a meeting or cancel on time.
